ABN ALBLD Technical Services Co. L.L.C is a Dubai-registered limited liability company, established in 2023 and run by its owner. We work as a trades subcontractor to main contractors on residential towers, commercial-residential buildings, labour accommodation and foundation works.

When you call us, you speak to the person who prices the job and answers for it on site. No layers in between, and no surprises in the bill.

How we work

How a job runs with us.

Five steps, the same on every site. You know what is being done, by whom, and at what rate before a single bar is cut.

  1. Site survey

    We visit the site, review the drawings and agree the scope with your project team.

  2. Quotation

    A written quotation with clear rates and units — per square metre, per tonne or per item — so every line can be checked.

  3. Mobilise crew

    Once the order is confirmed, we bring the crew to site on the agreed start date.

  4. Execute

    Work proceeds to consultant-approved drawings and bar bending schedules, coordinated with your site engineer.

  5. Handover

    Each area is handed over complete and ready for inspection before the crew moves to the next front.
